Susie Cunningham - CEO:  Susie started her career in Boston right out of college working with a real estate developer in Back-Bay Boston, MA. The projects included new builds and rehab of historic structures to new residential condos. Her career rapidly expanded to working with 3M then a move to New Your City and career change to take on Wall Street. Susie rose to the number one salesperson in the company selling market news services to Foreign Exchange and Fixed Income traders for organizations like Bear Sterns, Credit Swiss, and JP Morgan Chase. 

Susie launched the most challenging of all changes...a husband and raising three boys. She delicately balanced the success of each child academically and athletically while starting her Women Owned Small Business (WOSB/EDWOSB,) Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE,) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE)

Grant Cunningham - President: Grant is a senior executive with 31+ years of experience in business operations and financial performance on three continents. He drives sales, operations and supply chain in labor intensive organizations. Construction expertise includes residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure project management, building materials manufacturing and distribution, job costing and P&L management to generate EBITDA.

Companies Include: BrandSafway, Safway Group Holdings, ProBuild Holdings, Allied Building Products, Jenesys Roofing, Kirby Building Systems, Gulf Eagle, American Buildings Co, and Rheem Manufacturing.

Dana Day - Vice President:  Dana possesses over 26+ years financial and construction experience with 16+ years as a builder, designer, rehab specialist in the single family, multifamily and commercial construction in Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas markets. Her commitment to excellence becomes obvious when you step into one of Dana's designs and see her attention to detail, "wow" factors and quality. She understands how overwhelming building or remodeling a property of any size can be. With her design expertise, she assists with every decision from concept to build, which contributes to staying on budget and on time. Dana's commitment to quality craftsmanship, flow of the home, and unique designs, surpasses client’s expectations.

Lance Johnson – Vice President – Lance leverages 24+ years specializing in residential and commercial architecture, custom construction, and remodels. He thrives on bringing ideas to life, on time and on budget in the Mountain Region and East Coast.  His passion started as a child helping his dad fixing and flipping properties in New Jersey.  He honed and advanced his skills through advanced education and architectural design.  His portfolio of experience extends over 150 custom luxury residential builds ranging in size from 3,000 to over 14,000 sq. ft., multifamily projects, schools, and commercial office space.  He employees’ pragmatic financial discipline and value-engineering to deliver success for clients.

Weldon Bowman - Team Member/Partner - (AIA, NACARB) has over 27 years’ experience in Architecture. He founded W Design LLC 25+ years ago to offer progressive, forward thinking architectural design with a personal touch. We deliver the highest quality design based on your needs and specifications. We are involved in every project all the way through, from idea to implementation. Our projects include commercial large-scale office building, retail space, residential multifamily, customized single family or remodel fix and flip. We develop and provide commercial and residential design, 3D modeling, interior design, zoning review, and land development assistance.
